Rachel believes in the resilience of the human spirit and that-with help-anyone can achieve mental wellness and improve his or her life. All that some people lack is the proper support system to do it!
Over the years, Rachel has worked with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings including the child welfare system, faith-based programs and private educational programs and schools. Her therapy approach is diverse and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client Centered Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
