Our experienced and responsive our professionals work with clients of all ages and are trained in a variety of approaches, including psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Fees and Insurance
If you are uninsured or underinsured, Willow Oak Therapy Center offers a generous sliourding scale fee based on your household income and the number of persons in your household.
Forms
You may print, complete, sign and bring the attached Client Contract with you, or have your therapist provide you with this form to complete and sign in your first session.
