Over the years, Rachel has worked with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings including the child welfare system, faith-based programs and private educational programs and schools. Her therapy approach is diverse and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client Centered Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rachel firmly believes that every therapeutic journey is a learning process for therapist and client. There is no one-size-fits-all method, and she will strive to tailor her approach to meet your unique needs.
