Ellen Ottenstein, MSW, LCSW-C is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Master of Education in Counseling from Springfield College. As a psychotherapist and Life Coach, Ellen works with adults, couples and families on a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and major life changes.
In feeling safe to fully express yourself in the warm environment of Ellen’s office, clients make continuous progress toward reaching their goals. Ellen partners with her clients to help them discover parts of themselves that hold them back from living fully and. Through this process, clients gain the tools to live a more loving and peaceful life.
